Hull & Deck

  • State-of-the-art hull laminate construction including carbon fiber biaxial/unidirectional inner skin with biaxial Kevlar/E-glass hybrid outer skin and linear structural foam core infused with Pro-set epoxy resins post cured to 140° f. Molded with SCRIMP composite sandwich construction. Topsides finished in white Awlgrip, bottom finished in epoxy or optional bottom paint.

  • Keel floors, mast step and longitudinal girders amidships integrally molded with hull during the SCRIMP process eliminating all secondary bonds in the keel floor area.

  • Deck laminate construction including carbon fiber biaxial/unidirectional inner skin with biaxial Kevlar/E-glass hybrid outer skin and linear structural foam core infused with Pro-set epoxy resins post cured to 140° f. Molded with SCRIMP system composite sandwich construction. Centerline cockpit foot brace. Fore-deck toe-rails. Sand-type non-skid, finished in off-white Awlgrip.

  • Flange type bonded with Plexus MA550 adhesive.

  • 1,865 lb. 6.5' draft high aspect fin of nickel aluminum bronze with cast-in-place lead bulb for low center of gravity and 60% ballast ratio. Keel flange bolted into hull recess through solid carbon/E-glass laminate with SS bolts.

  • Infusion molded (SCRIMP) composite sandwich construction. Biaxial E-glass skins over linear structural foam core. Unidirectional carbon reinforcement on mast/chainplate bulkhead. Three transverse ring frames with longitudinal stiffeners. Two carbon reinforced longitudinal bulkheads under cockpit floor aft. All bulkheads molded with E-glass/foam construction.

Deck Hardware:

  • (2) Primary Dual drum 4/speed Harken B40Q Quattro winches. (2) Harken B16.2A halyard winches & (2) B10ASG Harken Lock-in Winch Handles

  • Bow & stern rail set with navigation lights and wiring.

  • (6) lifeline/stanchion & base set with lower lifeline 267mm (10-1/2") above working deck. Lifelines of 4mm (5/32") 7x19 uncoated SS wire.

  • 6:1/24:1 Mainsheet system with double ended fine-tune. Includes Ronstan RF7 swivel base, Harken Black Magic Blocks including rough tune system of (2) 1952, (1) 1950 & 6:1 fine tune system including (1)127, (5)168 bullet lead blocks &(2) 365 cams w/425Y fairleads to P&S.

  • 4:1 Harken traveler system including 1511 track, 1509 car with 1515 controls, 1523 end stops, & 4:1 tackle.

  • 24:1 cascade backstay system includes Harken Black Magic and bullet hardware leading to port and starboard side of cockpit forward of traveler.

  • 6:1 Main Cunningham on vang gooseneck. System includes Harken Micro blocks, Ronstan swivel and hook

  • 10:1 integral vang purchase system on Hall Spars "AIR VANG".

  • Harken adjustable jib & genoa leads with 4:1 tackle. Includes 154-24 tracks, 249 lead cars, and tackle system. Also includes aft genoa cars attached with bridle to forward car & tackle system.

  • Spinnaker hardware includes (2) 1951 Black Magic becket blocks mounted to Wichard U-bolts aft in cockpit, 009 & 044 Ratchet turning blocks on U-Bolts outboard of primary winches, (1) 1950 tack line block & Spinlock XA/1 Tack Line Clutch.

  • Bow sprit adjuster system leading to cockpit.

  • Lewmar 22 round foredeck hatch, hinging forward.

  • Companionway sliding hatch with washboard.

  • Lightweight outboard motor bracket.

Steering:

  • Inboard composite rudder blade reinforced with Carbon fiber.

  • Carbon rudder shaft.

  • Composite tiller with Ronstan 'Battlestick' Carbon Tiller extension.

  • Harken composite rudder bearings

Chainplates:

  • 5mm TI-6AL4V titanium chainplate set with plate doublers at shroud pins including stem plate, shroud chainplates w/deck covers and backstay plate. Each chainplate attached with Titanium fasteners.

Spars & Standing Rigging:

  • Hall Spars custom engineered fractional carbon mast built with epoxy pre-preg medium modulus carbon & autoclave curing to 80 psi at 250° f. finished in clear Awlgrip. Double airfoil swept-back spreaders.

  • Hall Spars boom built with epoxy pre-preg medium modulus carbon & autoclave curing to 80 psi at 250° f. finished in clear Awlgrip. Vang attachment, mainsail clew outhaul, dual straps for mainsheet block attachment.

  • Carbon/epoxy retractable J/Sprit with Harken launching system led aft to cockpit.

  • Standing rigging of Nitronic 50 rod produced by Hall Rigging.

  • Backstay of Samson Tech -12 with cascading 24:1 purchase system.

Running Rigging Package

  • Optimized running rigging package from Hall Rigging with Samson Tech -12 main halyard and Spectron jib & Spinnaker halyards. All sheets and control lines are optimized to suit their tasks.

Interior:

  • (2) hinged stainless frame pipe berths w/gray mesh covers.

  • Infusion molded (SCRIMP) composite sandwich cabin sole covers.

  • Interior stainless companionway ladder.

  • Provision for cooler and outboard motor storage

Electrical & Mechanical:

  • Navigation lights mounted on bow & stern rails. Overhead cabin light.

  • Chainplate lightning ground & bonding system.

  • Battery.
